St. Peter’s College lineage is rich with talented ruggerites, having made up their name as one of the consistent performers of the game throughout the history since 1932, making them the 5th school to play the oval shaped ball game. St. Peter’s played their first match against Royal College at home grounds at Bambalapitiya. In spite of the fact that they lost that match, their team’s performances from then on have showed the potential that they had to build a majestic legacy in the future.
